Why do I teach yoga?
I teach yoga so that my students will recognize that the same effort required to refine and evolve the physical asana practice is the tool we utilize to develop strength, balance, and flexibility as we occupy this body and journey through this world.
As a regular student in one of my classes, we are bound to experience some “a-ha” moments together. Each time this happens, self-awareness is heightened and the yoga practice becomes a vehicle to make decisions based more on what it useful and less on what is habitual.
I share this practice with you in order to help you discover your potential.
