Special New Year's Day Practice

Adios 2016!

It's been a wild ride, so let's gather for a special new year's day flow class and collectively set an intention to continue along a path of acceptance and gratitude throughout 2017.

I'll put together a fun playlist filled with uplifting reggae, classic rock, and maybe some surprises. Practice will conclude with a brief seated meditation in lieu of savasana.

Cost: $16 drop-in or any South Boston Yoga class package. If you've never been to SBY, first class is only $5!
