I will begin the practice by leading a steady and deliberate slow flow sequence complemented by the warm vibrations of Rachel’s cello. The class will conclude with a series of still, introspective yin yoga postures – followed by a long, soothing savasana. Prepare to get deep into your muscles, joints, and connective tissue, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
